Production process

Our machine fleet, consisting of 37 bending-welding machines with a high-capacity automatic production cycle, makes us today the leader in the production of small welded chains in Italy. Every day, we produce 35,000 metres of chain ranging in diameter from 1.30 to 3.90 mm.

We design and develop our machinery internally, continually updating them with the latest technology to ensure efficiency and quality in our production processes. As a result, we are highly competitive in terms of value for money and production flexibility, ensuring high standards of functionality, size, and shape in our products.

We only use high quality materials such as low carbon steel and AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel. Starting from the metal wire, our machines cut, bend and weld in a single stroke to form the individual links that make up the continuous wire chain.

Throughout the chain production process, all our products undergo strict quality controls, ensuring consistent dimensions and quality from the first to the last link in the chain. Our dimensional tolerances exceed current market standards, ensuring consistency between the nominal and actual dimensions of the product.

Due to the absence of hazardous substances in our processes, we ensure the safety of our products and uphold environmental standards.

We handle all the additional processing and package the chains internally, ensuring they are ready for sale or immediate use. We rely on qualified local external partners for finishes. We rely on qualified local external partners for finishes.

In addition to chain production, our process allows for the creation of individual links using the same high-quality materials.

In addition, we are extremely flexible regarding the quantities of supplies, accepting orders both for large batches and for a few hundred metres of chain.
